What Causes Back Pain?
Most Americans will experience back pain at some point in their life. It is a huge problem and most often caused by structural or mechanical problems that develop around discs, ligaments, and muscles in the spine.
Lower back discomfort can impact one’s quality of life. Although this is a widespread problem that many people will face at some point in time, specialized treatment may be the answer.
Think back to childhood.... How many times did you crash when learning to walk? How many times did you fall off a bike when learning how to ride? Have you ever slipped and fell down the stairs? Hit your head being clumsy?
We put our bodies through so much and all the bumps and bruises can add up.
Now think about how you as an adult, deal with your pain? Do you go to the doctor and get prescribed over-the-counter medications and go on with your day? There are cases where this could be a convenient answer, but the real question is, is the problem being solved?
I bet in 9/10 cases, you would find that the pain stops for a few days, but eventually after the medicine has worn off, comes right back.
